Detroit's own Jay Sound returns with his 2nd EP "Midnight On Michigan Ave".

Truly growing to new heights in this project and has matured his sound in a major way though out this EP. As he brings in guests like DMV's "Josefine" & Arizona's "Syrin".

Greeting you with "Reflections Of Love", something that sounds like it was influenced from the great Ron Trent. Carries you deep through constant vocals of "Josefine" and deep base lines with warm pads. Truly a dance floor banger for any quality DJ to drop in the club.

Then stepping it up a notch with "Where The Machines Live" with vocal samples from Detroit Techno legend Derrick May. Speaking on what makes the Detroit sound so special, talking about...."machines". Approaching it with hard pounding kicks, high hats and a deep, obscure & heavy synth to remind people of that Detroit Techno sound.

Then ending it with a cool and smooth approach that has a funky and disco-esc vibe on "Saturday Nights" Ft. Arizona's very own soulful Syrin, which carries a Erykah Badu & Little Dragon approach vocally through the air waves that will keep you hypnotized throughout the song & dancing into the night.

Midnight On Michigan Ave is an nostalgic remembrance of the times spent late at night on Michigan Ave either after eating at a Coney, White Castles or going to legendary House gig "Motor City Wine", Jay Sound says.

This EP is truly a gem for any selector/DJ looking for a great purchase and play in any club with a great sound system.
